1. Subscription and Payments
You can subscribe to Habit Streak to access premium features. Subscription options include monthly and yearly plans. You can also purchase a lifetime subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Play Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Subscription Management
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage subscriptions in your iTunes or Play Store Account Settings.
3. Intellectual Property
The Habit Streak app and all its content are owned by Adrien Blanc and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. Adrien Blanc shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France.
